Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. With an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range improves boost control, spool response, and consistency throughout the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design, allowing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, precise actuator response.

Running factory base pressure delivers earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM. Higher base pressure options can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
