Collection: Banjo & Bolts

Banjo fittings and bolts for tight-space fluid connections — common on brake calipers, turbo oil feeds, and fuel rails where a standard hose end won't clear.

Quick guide:

  • Match the banjo bolt thread (e.g. M12 x 1.25, 9/16 x 24) to the component you're bolting into — banjo bolts are NOT interchangeable between thread sizes.
  • Always replace the sealing washers on both sides of the banjo when you disturb the joint — reusing old crushed washers is a common cause of leaks.
  • Stainless steel bolts are recommended for brake and fuel applications for extra corrosion resistance.
