ORB Adapters

Billet aluminium adapters for converting an ORB (O-Ring Boss) port to AN, NPT, barb, or metric threads. Used on fuel rails, filters, pumps, and regulators with an ORB-style port.

Quick guide:

  • ORB to AN — most common, for connecting a fuel rail or filter to braided line
  • ORB to Metric — for European-spec components with metric threads
  • ORB to Barb — for connecting to rubber push-lock hose instead of braided line
  • Match the ORB size stamped on your existing port (usually -6, -8, -10, or -12 ORB) to the adapter's ORB size, then choose the AN/thread size you need on the other end.

Sealing note: ORB fittings seal on an O-ring, not thread tape — don't use PTFE tape on the ORB end.
