This gives the actuator greater mechanical leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure, while maintaining smooth and responsive operation across the RPM range.

With factory base pressure, this results in quicker spool, a stronger and more usable mid-range torque curve, and improved boost holding at higher RPM. Higher boost setups can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration is recommended for best results.

⚙️ V-IWG Mk8 Fiesta ST FORD - 4inHg Features

Proprietary Silicon Nomex Diaphragm

High-Grade Billet Aluminium Construction

Stainless Steel Rods & Clevis

Turbosmart Locking Collar System

📌 Fitment

Ford Fiesta ST Mk8 factory turbocharger

Pneumatic vacuum-operated OEM actuator replacement

Direct bolt-on installation

📌 Notes

Designed for factory-frame turbo systems

Best gains when paired with ECU tuning on increased boost

Improves spool response, boost stability, and mid-range torque delivery
