It improves boost stability, spool response, and overall drivability across the entire RPM range compared to OEM actuators.

This improved performance comes from an increased working ratio, achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring calibration. This creates greater mechanical leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, precise actuator response.

With factory base pressure, the result is earlier boost onset, a broader and more usable torque curve, and improved boost retention into higher RPM. Higher pressure configurations can further enhance performance, although ECU tuning and recalibration is likely required.

⚙️ IWG75 Sti08/WRX09 Black 7PSI Features

Proprietary Silicon Nomex Diaphragm

Optional Spring Range: 3 PSI – 26 PSI

High-Grade Billet Aluminium Construction

Stainless Steel Rods & Clevis

Turbosmart Locking Collar System

📌 Notes

Designed for factory-frame turbocharger applications

Best results achieved with supporting ECU tuning on higher boost setups

Improves boost response, stability, and mid-range torque delivery
