With an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range improves boost control, spool response, and consistency across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design, providing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, precise actuator response.

Running factory base pressure delivers earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention into higher RPM. Higher base pressure configurations can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.

⚙️ Available Options

7 PSI / 0.50 BAR – TS-0615-2072

19 PSI / 1.31 BAR – TS-0615-2192

24 PSI / 1.65 BAR – TS-0615-2242

✅ IWG75 Nissan GTR R35 Black 7PSI Features

Proprietary Silicon Nomex Diaphragm

Optional Spring Range: 3 PSI – 26 PSI

High-Grade Billet Aluminium Construction

Stainless Steel Rods & Clevis

Turbosmart Locking Collar System

📌 Notes

7 PSI version is a direct factory replacement

Higher pressure variants require ECU tuning/calibration
