With an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range improves boost control, spool response, and overall consistency across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design, providing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, precise actuator response.

When running factory base pressure, expect earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention into higher RPM. Higher base pressure setups can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.

⚙️ Available Options

5 PSI / 0.3 BAR – TS-0622-1052

7 PSI / 0.5 BAR – TS-0622-1072

12 PSI / 0.8 BAR – TS-0622-1122

✅ IWG75 Ford XR6 Turbo Black 5PSI Features

Proprietary Silicon Nomex Diaphragm

Optional Spring Range: 3 PSI – 26 PSI

High-Grade Billet Aluminium Construction

Stainless Steel Rods & Clevis

Turbosmart Locking Collar System

📌 Notes

5 PSI version is a direct factory replacement

Higher pressure variants require ECU tuning/calibration

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0906/1787/2689/files/14514_0c2ab52d-3e76-4ac1-a194-457699f511a4.jpg?v=1792039558
