Featuring an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range improves boost control, spool response, and consistency across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised spring design, providing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, precise actuator response.

When matched to factory base pressure, expect earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM. Higher base pressure setups can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.

⚙️ Model Specific

Ford Sierra Cosworth

14 PSI application

✅ IWG75 Ford Sierra Cosworth 14psi Features

Proprietary Silicon Nomex Diaphragm

Optional Spring Range: 3 PSI – 26 PSI

High-Grade Billet Aluminium Construction

Stainless Steel Rods & Clevis

Turbosmart Locking Collar System

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0906/1787/2689/files/14528_ce2cea20-a193-4833-a57c-7e5ba64f4aec.jpg?v=1792039556
